Since the pandemic, hand sanitizer has shifted from being an optional precaution to a strict non-negotiable. For beauty insiders — and folks that want their sanitizer to leave their hands soft, not sticky — Touchland is bar none. Touchland Glow Mist hand sanitizers are always on our WWD Shop editors’ desks and in our bags; read on for our review of the celebrity-loved formulas that you can currently get on sale during Amazon Prime Day.
Compared to drugstore brands, Touchland’s cult-favorite hand sanitizers offer a far more luxurious experience for keeping your hands squeaky clean. Rather than goopy gels that make your hands parched, Touchland’s germ-fighting formula applies via an ultra-fine mist that dries in seconds, while hydrating glycerin does away with dry skin and irritation. The brand’s delicious array of floral and fruity fragrance options is just the cherry on top — and part of what draws celebrities like Christina Aguilera, Mindy Kaling, and multiple Kardashians to the brand.
The Touchland Rosewater Glow Mist is the most popular option from the brand for its fresh and delicate fragrance blend of rose petals, blackcurrant buds, and refreshing rosewater. It’s racked up 5 million dedicated TikTok posts and over 2,200 five-star Amazon reviews, with shoppers especially impressed with its “non-sticky feel that leaves your hands completely hydrated and soft after each use.” Other Amazon testers rave over its leak-proof packaging that’s perfect for slotting in daily handbags, work bags, or taking along for in-flight travel (yep, it’s TSA carry-on friendly, too!).

Touchland Glow Mist Hand Sanitizer Review — Editor Testing Notes
“I’m a total germaphobe, but I absolutely hate the way hand sanitizer typically feels. Hand sanitizer can be sticky, dry, and leave behind a film of product over my otherwise dirty hands that I want to wash off immediately. Over a couple of years, Touchland’s popularity caught my interest — and eventually, one of their top products became a staple in my everyday bag. Why? My introduction to the brand was through testing the Touchland Glow Mist Revitalizing Hand Sanitizer in Rosewater.
Sure, all Touchland sprays come in an aesthetically-pleasing, compact spray container that evenly distributes the product, but the Rosewater Glow Mist has just the lightest scent of rose that smells delightful. It’s not an overpowering rose scent, and much like we’ve seen in men’s cologne and women’s fragrance trends over the past two years, rose can be paired with other scents in a modern way —nothing like your grandmother’s old perfume. Other Touchland fragrances can be a bit too potent for me. I just need a light scent that lets me feel like my hand has the on-the-go refresh it needs.
As for the formula, it’s almost shocking to see that it has 70 percent alcohol content because it doesn’t dry out my skin at all (and as someone with dry skin problems, that’s a major bonus). That’s the genius of the Glow Mist formula. It feels refreshing, like a favorite face mist. My hands don’t feel sticky, and I feel confident and comfortable knowing that the Touchland Glow Mist hand sanitizer keeps my hands clean as I run around New York City. Best of all, these little containers last for months, making it a major steal when calculating cost-per-use. I always have two of these top hand sanitizer mists in my possession, so I never have to worry about using an alternative.” – Adam Mansuroglu, WWD Director of Commerce
